The Amaro Vacca Mora of the Jacopo Poli distillery is obtained by infusion in Grappa and alcohol of aromatic herbs, following a recipe from the 1800s.
The story that GioBatta Poli opened in 1885 opened the "Al Cappello" inn near the Schiavon station.
The passengers waited for the Vaca Mora, the steam train, sipping a bitter drink ... and that bitter !!
Sometimes the train driver also came in!
A few drops later, in 1898, a distillery was built in the taverns, Jacopo Poli, which still produces this delicate and enveloping bitterness, selecting the best grappa that distills, adding a drop of orange and a lot of aromatic herbs such as hops, wormwood, hyssop, coriander, lemon balm, China bark, calamus, mint and cinnamon.
The bitter Cow Mora of the Poli distillery is a touch after a lavish lunch, completely natural helps digestion.
