Bourbon Hudson Manhattan Rye Baby is the first distilled bourbon in New York after the era of prohibition.
This single rye bourbon is 100% made in New York by a plant that is only supplied by small local certified organic producers. The bourbon Hudson then aged in small oak casks exclusively from American origin. The barrels used for the Bourbon Manhattan Hudson are just 2 gallons of capacity about 4 liters. This exclusive aging process produces a slightly sweet note, a smooth bourbon with vanilla and caramel scents. BABY BOURBON MANHATTAN is a perfect introduction to aged American bourbon. It is not an old-fashioned product, but is a refined reinterpretation of the best bourbon Rye produced in the state of New York. The Baby Bourbon Manhattan is gentle and welcoming, bright in the language and warms the spirit to the full. It's a really blond classic American buorbon. It is bottled at full degree of 46 degrees in small 35 lb bottles. Each bottle of Bourbon Manhattan Hudson is filled by hand and sealed with wax and numbered, no coal is used in the process and the whiskey is not filtered cold.
