A. Fussigny's cognac collection is a mix of several eaux-de-vie of different cultivation areas of the region.
The traditional aging process in barrels allows a distinctive flavor and color development. The historic cellars of the Fussigny house are located on the banks of the Charentes River, making its cellars damp and perfect for maturing, aged cognac. Once distilled, the eaux-de-vie age rests in oak barrels of French Limousin and Troncaus. The Selection by A. Fussigny is a round and thin cognac, elegant to the nose, some forales notes, fruity and a slight hint of sweet nuts to match with a floral cigar like the Olive O series.
