The Fussigny Superieur Cognac is made up of a mix of eaux-de-vie of Petite and Grande Champagne, of which at least 50% of Grande Champagne grapes. This mix of fine grapes gives the Fussigny Superieur cognac, softness and incredible scents, one of the world's best cognacs. Moreover, the Fussigny Superieur cognac has a great value for money. DISTILLATION: Traditional distillation method, fermentation on yeasts (natural sediments resulting from wine fermentation) allows the cognac to develop richer aromatic notes. AGING: The historic Fussigny wine cellar is located on the banks of the River Charentes, which makes it perfect for humidity to age large champagne grape distillates and is ideal for revealing all the aromas of the Cognac. Aging is done in certified Oakies of Limousin and Tronçais.
Tasting notes: A soft, buttery style with a slightly smoky character. On the palate elegantly and well-structured. The Fussigny Superieur cognac seems to have been specially designed for a style after-dinner in combination with lighter cigars. Beautiful square bottle with chromed plug like a bottle of perfume. The Superieur Fine Champagne is a welcome gift for any cognac enthusiast.
