Habitation Velier, the House of Pure Single Rum, the world's only Pure Single Rum range from different distilleries. But the reason for the project is far more than merely commercial: the Habitation Velier range is born with a teaching vocation to enhance craft distillation and the art and technique of the distillator. Pure Single Rum was born from the classification launched by Luca Gargano and then distributed with the distiller Richard Seale, which distinguishes rum by distillation method and therefore with objective identification. Rum Forsyths WPM 2006 is a complex and deep distillate produced by Worthy Park Distillery with a single discontinuous alambic. A unique and unrepeatable release. Distilled in 2006, aged in ex bourbon and bottled in 2016. Rum Forsyths WPM is subject to 11 years of tropical aging in ex-Bourbon barrels and bottled without full filtration. This aging aging under the sun of Jamaica, generates a loss of rum by evaporation higher than 71%. The 2006 release has a complex, powerful and deep aromatic profile, so much to remember a whiskey single malt.
