The Pedro Ximenez De Anada 2104 is a sweet, intense liqueur wine.
Unlike the Solera 1927 wine, de Anada montilla Moriles of Alvear does not follow the aging method called solera.
In Pedro Ximenez De Anada each vintage is aged separately, this proposal is the year 2014.
In 1729, Don Diego de Alvear y Escalera founded Montilla Alvear the oldest cellar in Andalusia.
The eight generations that have succeeded have contributed to its technological upgrading and preservation and enhancement of the Pedro Ximénez variety. A perfect dessert wine.

Notes Tasting:
Color: dense and bright amber.
Fragrances: with a nose rooted around the scent of raisins and ripe fruit, with a good quince and nuts cover. It has an elegant, very aromatic and complex scent, well-tamed. Feeling the scents of Alvear De Anada makes a pleasant aromatherapy session.
