Michel Couvreur's products are inspired by the highest Scottish tradition, unique and amazing as he is.

Certainly one can say that any creation by Michel Couvreur is unique in the whiskey world.
Its Floral Single Malt Pale, is something more rare.
Produced in only 1000 bottles.
His Single Single Piece is a testament to what Couvreur has learned over his distiller experience.
Aged for over 12 years, has developed remarkable floral notes of field, lavender and violet flowers, in the mouth has a beautiful body with hints of honey, pear, and berry fruit and closes long and velvety on tones of yeast and spices
Whiskey distilled in Scotland is then ennobled by seasoning with sherry barrels in the caves of French Burgundy.
Whiskey Pale Single Single is then bottled in full, forty-five, and all bottles label the production number.
Belgian origin and négociant of Burgundy wines, Michel Couvreur falls in love with the Whiskey world in the late 1970s.
Michel Couvreur is nicknamed the last of the Mohicans because he is the last Whiskey craftsman.
An aging artist, a master in using barrels to enhance the flavors of his whiskey.
Couvreur has always followed every detail of the production. He started to distil Edradour and still uses small distilleries, demanding the production of every production phase according to his indications.
For aging, Couvreur continues to use Sherry's barrels according to Scottish tradition.
Scotland's cleanest waters are used to reduce alcohol levels.

Notes Tasting:
Color: A beautiful dark golden color.
Perfumes: The nose is sweet, typical aged whiskey in sherry barrels. But of high quality. Floral floral notes of field, lavender and purple flowers. Younger with these 12 years of aging, but still very interesting.
Flavors: Deliciously caramelized honey scones, pear, with a touch of spice, barrel wood gives a vanilla finish.
