Another great whiskey produced for the 60 years of the Maison du Whiskey.

From the smallest distillery in the world, Edradour is an experimental Ballechin.
The result of the mixing of two Single Mat of the Edradour, a turtle and a not turbid.
Taken together these two malt singles are aged in barrels before sherry and then in bourbon barrels.
This blend has the peculiarity of being produced in a single distillery.
Balance, both on the nose and on the palate, open with peachy and smoky notes that dominate discussions to fruity and spicy notes that carry sherry on the aromatic palette.
It reveals intensity and a terrestrial finish, salty, chocolates, generous.

Notes Tasting:
Perfume: Nose swings between peat, smoke, dark chocolate, and inebriating flowers. Notes of spice and chocolate. Toffee and vanilla.
Palate: Tart yields a duo full of harmony, peat and smoke before fruity flavors and praline.
Finishes: Peat and smoke form a duo in perfect harmony in the palate.
