With Cask n.5955 Beija-flor and Silver Seal renewed a pleasant custom in sharing a barrel.
Single cask n.5955 was distilled on May 21, 1993 and has matured for 26 years.
It is a precious barrel ex Pedro Ximenez Sherry But extremely loaded with perfumes and with tannins now smoothed by time.
After 26 years of aging, the single malt Glendronach was bottled in December 2019 to a full degree of 55.3%.
Glendronach single cask n.5955 is exceptionally fragrant whiskey, but very rare because only 680 bottles have been produced.

Aroma: it attacks the soft notes of cappuccino and coffee and then adds hints of dark chocolate, candied orange peel, apples and wood.
Palate: Butter, hints of raisin and cinnamon pudding with hints of cooked fruit.
Final: Long and persistent with chocolate, cooked plums and toasted wood.
