The Erenzo brothers, who bought the Tuthilltown Gristmill farm, decided to convert it into a distillery. Tuthilltown Spirits currently produces various spirits such as Vodka, Gin and Whiskey, in addition to cocoa and cassis liqueurs, always using raw materials at zero km and low environmental impact, chasing the "credo" of the Erenzo brothers, always based on a logic making sustainability the first step towards responsible and ethical production. The stills used are of copper and discontinuous, while the maturation of Whiskey, - between which stand out both the "Manhattan Rye" and the "Baby Bourbon" -, takes place in small American oak barrels. All the technical and engineering operations that regulate the fermentation and distillation processes are monitored by Brian Lee, the company's CFO. Today in the company the team that every day is dedicated to guided tours, marketing and research of new products is composed of about 50 people, characterized by an innovative spirit and a vision always aimed at improving for the future. After less than a century, thanks to the passion and commitment of the brothers Erenzo, assisted by Brian, relives in the state of New York the first micro distillery of post-Prohibition, whose products continue to amaze and improve from year to year, marking an increasingly successful path.
