These are high quality pears, with a sweet taste, an intense aroma and a firm and crunchy pulp grown in Trentino Alto Adige near Bolzano.

The pears are de-stemmed and fermented as is done with red wines, at the end of fermentation the whole fermented must is distilled.
This pear distillate is colorless, limpid and crystalline.
The Capovilla distillate of Pera Williams obtained is full of aromas, perfumes and in the mouth is an explosion of sweetness.
The product rests at least 2 years in stainless steel tanks.
It is then bottled, diluted with spring water and brought to 41% vol. without added sugar, flavorings or other.
