Aged for 9 years it is an assembly of 70% ex bourbon barrels and 30% ex sherry barrels.
It was produced in 8,000 bottles at a natural level of 57.7%.

Aroma: The nose of this local Barley is constantly evolving, and it is always delicious ... Choose your favorite dessert: vanilla ice cream with caramel cream, pecan nut cake or creme caramel. Also present pastry cream biscuits, honey and chocolate honeycomb. Do not miss the characteristic smoky notes of Springbank.
Palate: The whiskey has a delicate and floral quality, made of lemongrass and citrus tea. There is also a sweetness of almonds and marzipan, balanced by a note of peat.
Finale: It is recognized that this whiskey is aged in traditional dunnage cellars, with a soft and mineral, earthy finish. After a while you can taste the salted caramel and the spicy notes of cinnamon bread with a splash of honey.
